Such a great experience at Scottsdale Dental. I had not been to a dentist in some time and they made the experience so pleasant and informative. Their offices are extremely clean and respectfully following all COVID protocols to the very best of their abilities during this period. I was very impressed, I felt safe healthy and reassured being in there. All of their staff are so friendly. They explain all procedures and are so helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I can’t recommend enough.

On my original call for the appointment I mentioned I had a concern about a swollen gum (upper Left side) that was aching and I wanted it checked out. At my appointment the hygienist did a quick assessment and proceeded to do a cleaning of my right side. It's true I hadn't been there in more than a year but my original issue was the left side gum. I was then told they were only doing the right side cleaning and a second appointment would be made to do the left side and then another to see the dentist for the gum issue. When I payed I was surprised to see that the bill for only half the cleaning was basically the same price I had paid the last time for a full cleaning with exam, polishing and fluoride treatment. I will now be charged for two more visits to finish the cleaning and to have the exam. I suspect these two additional visits will cost me at least another 300 or more. I am a senior on a fixed income and this expense is unacceptable. Has Covid forced rates to more than double? This is why I am only giving 3 stars.

Very professional and practice a high standard of safety protocols. Great work ethic particularly with dental hygiene. Don’ t cut corners and ensure teeth cleaning and X-rays are always professionally done. Dentists always take the time to review treatment options or discuss any concerns. Reception is always cheerful and helpful. Best dental office I have ever been to.

Absolutely 10/5 stars. I had a tooth extracted today and I had the best imaginable, painless dental experience. You'd think I was just laying down for 20 minutes. Incredible courtesy and commitment to the patient, amazing at explaining everything about the procedure, wonderful to answer my millions of questions and just an overall lovely experience. I'd like to add that every single staff member there is SO kind and knowledgeable. I'm very lucky to have found this dental office.

My experience at Scottsdale Dental was very positive. I've had some pretty bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I've put off a dental check-up for far too long. I bit the bullet and booked an appointment, as they offer sedation, if requested. The receptionist, hygienist, and doctor were all very kind and sensitive to my anxieties. Super gentle, and very supportive. The office was very clean and all staff members followed Covid protocols very professionally and responsibly. I've tried about 4 dentists in town since I've lived in Guelph, and this was the most positive experience by far. Highly recommended!
