An absolute top notch bike shop! Very knowledgeable staff that spares no detail when it comes to sales and customer service. I have used Speed River Bicycle for many years now for all of my bike servicing as well as purchased two Trek bikes here and received nothing but high quality service and products. Would highly recommend SRB for all of your biking needs (new bikes, accessories, group rides etc.) and is definitely a local bike shop that I will continue to support!

Kris' customer service was exceptional. He helped me figure out what was best for me bike wise according to my needs(cycling being my primary mode of transportation life wise right now) and my priorities(bein able to kick around with my grandson) as well as outfitting me with the lil necessities from luggage rack n fenders to lights n lock n gloves n phone holder. Jonathan's mechanic services were awesome too! Outfitting my new bike according to my preferences placement wise of a few add ons to gettin creative addressing things that would irritate me. VERY impressed n encouraged! Excited 'bout my new Duel Sport 3! :)
