Best dentist group ever!!! They made my three year old love the dentist, too, and everyone makes you feel like part of a big family!! They're helpful, so well priced, and they all do amazing work!!! 10/10 this is the only dentist group I want anyone in my family to visit!!

Worst customer service ever. I just experienced my first episode of medical discrimination - at its absolute worst. I was refused service for having had covid-19 and not being able to show proof of a negative test. Even though I finished my quarantine 2 weeks ago! I was told specifically by public health not to get another test - that I would be wasting resources. The reasoning is that after your first symptoms and a positive test you are shedding the virus and are contagious for no more than 10 days - I was told I was no longer contagious 2 weeks ago...but still refused service? - even after passing the screening tests of taking my temperature and checking my oxygen levels and pulse? I tried to support my local dentist office - but I won't be returning there...ever. I am trying to figure out how to file my first human rights complaint to the Ontario Tribunal.

Great staff that are super friendly and organized. Like that they coordinate my appoitments via text. Everything is extremely clean and all Covid precautions are in place.
