I've given this store a few tries and have never been super pleased. Yes, some really great products. There's vegan options available, locally made products and a variety of products from bath and body to face care to makeup and hair products to choose from. I really want to love this store, however, I find the staff to never be helpful or welcoming in my experiences - and to me, that came make (or break) an experience. I went in looking for vegan products to which it was directed to one line, then told they have a bunch of other brands that are organic and natural - but that doesn't mean vegan. Then I stood in front of this line of products looking at items and not once did anyone come explain the line, give suggestions, guidance, etc...

I have had nothing but amazing experiences in store at Truth Beauty! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the owner very regularly will drop everything she is doing to assist you in any way. I will absolutely be ordering from them on a regular basis and telling everyone I know about them!

Thankfully, the staff (and particularly the owner) at the Truth Beauty Comapny has been super helpful every time I come into their shop!
