My daughter's tutor sessions are going great! Both in-person and online. We have been so happy with them. When online schooling began, I was apprehensive to see how the transition to online tutoring would work, but it has turned out to be a great success!! We often save one piece of school work for Riley to do with her tutor. Often this is something that I have difficulty teaching (as a mom) and Riley has difficulty grasping. This takes the pressure off us and reduces strain on our mother / daughter relationship, which has been so helpful. Doug offers a fresh perspective and effectively teaches / helps Riley work through the assignment, which has been fantastic! She is very comfortable with Doug and always ends her sessions with a big smile on her face. Doug's kind, gentle and supportive approach has done wonders for Riley's self-esteem.

My daughter has leveraged this service from grade 10 to grade 12. The team of people provided support and confidence with in courses that adapted to her learning style. During Covid especially the service did not miss a beat, allowing student to continue their work online. This transition walked her thru how to adapted to a new teaching method while keeping her engaged in her courses. She has confidence , in concepts of math and Science that enabled her to maintain an honour roll average thought out high school, as well as getting accepted into University to the program that she wanted with early admission. Thank you for making a difference .

The tutors here helped my daughters with math during the school year and they adapted well to continue the lessons online during covid restrictions.

The tutors have a very positive attitude and foster a love for learning and inquiry. Rather than feeling pressured to perform, DeliberateU focuses on fostering a growth mindset. Hard work is encouraged and we have seen big improvements in their academic abilities as well as in their positive approach to learning. We sought out a tutoring service to identify gaps in the children’s skill set as well as one that offers advanced material to challenge them in areas where they were performing above grade level. The tutors at DeliberteU have been wonderful and I recommend them highly!
