Wait times, inconvienced over a hitch size invsnow storm late at night 5 pm. i used for my last pull 3 months earlier. Should be changed in all locations not just one. Over an hour wait. Road conditions got worse over something so minor. I love tge water street location in peterborough gotta fix tge 24 hr access code issue soon.
Didnt have a truck day of the move after confirming the booking. cant rely on booking confirmation or what they say.
