I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vinnie's. I has never been there before and basically cold called them when my car wouldn't start. They were able to get my car in right away helped me arrange for towing which they just added to my bill with them rather then me having to make 2 payments to two different places. I first spoke with Kim on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained in advance what the first steps would be and then called to update me within an hour on what they had found and what needed to be done. When the work was finished I got a call directly from the mechanic who updated me and then gave me some suggestions on what to do about a separate problem with the check engine light which not only was incredibly helpful but it would have been an extremely expensive repair that I actually didn't need. That to me is the most impressive part. The complete honesty about what did and didn't need fixing. There was no hidden cost it came in at exactly the amount they said and it was done very quickly. I'm super impressed and will absolutely be taking all our future car needs to Vinnie's. Thanks for taking great care of us.

Very professional group and welcoming staff, Clean and friendly place to get service for your vehicle. Brought my ford edge in to have my rear wheel bearings replaced and I must say that they are efficient and did a wonderful job. Return to have my wheels torque, met Austin who took care of my vehicle, he was very polite and always smiling when conducting a conversation. Its refreshing to go somewhere and be greeted with a real smile, thanks Vinnie....
Great service, speedy turn around and super helpful. They have saved me now on a few occasions and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing service. Thanks again for the help fellas!

I've been going to Vinnie's for about 10 years now and have never had a problem. They're professional, always call me with a quote and always get my car back to me asap. They're also open on Saturdays which is really helpful so I can avoid missing work.
