Pointless place that doesn't answer their phone after pressing several menu buttons. Difficult to deal with when you do get through - I gave up on these people. Customers simply want to buy what they want without jumping through endless hoops - they act like their products require special approval and qualification to buy - products you can buy anywhere by simply calling ahead or dropping by. I'm done with PointlessAire Healthcare

Our knowledge of CPAP machines and their use was negative. Mike was more than knowledgeable and explained every detail! He answered all our questions and even told us where we could purchase inexpensive distilled water. Thank you Mike !!
Love the service once I get through, but waited 8 minutes today listening to rubbish music and eventually hung up. I will be getting my supplies elsewhere
