Very nice residential area. It is quite and clean. Enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely, quiet and charming. It just 50 meters from the main 125 national road around km from a huge shopping center where you can find anything you need or dream of. The houses are perfect the pools are lovely. There is no bar or restaurants in the complex. So you must stock up or use the many locals around. The houses are fully equipped with EVERYTHING. Private gates for the houses private parking gardens pools etc etc On a side note just around the corner there is a nice restaurante with the famous grilled chicken of the Guia. Very small ones tender and juicy as you never tasted before. A place to return and to recommend if that does encourages the ownership to continue with the excellent job they have done so far. Negative note or a thing needed to be improved Is the location on the trash containers. Not as close as we wish and not in a decent range. It a long walk. Note 9.9 of 10.

Again second time we have stayed at Michelle and chris' apartment and we will say here again next time we come. Everywhere is gated and closed off from the public, is always clean within the grounds there is a decent sized deep private swimming pool which you can see from the balconys and can swim in till 10pm (site rules) as its has lighting in the pool. The Tennis courts are just a ball throw away which there are rackets and balls already provided in the apartment located just as you walk through the front door along with sun loungers and toys for the young ones to play in and around the pool. There is a fridge/freezer, gas hob with extractor (pull the front out to turn it on) and electric oven and washing machine/iron and board, toaster/kettle and plenty of plates and cutlery to use balconies in all rooms with seating. Two toilets and a bath with shower. TV/DVD with a vast selection of DVDs and important to 99% of holiday makers......WIFI!!!! There is plenty of shopping centres including an Iceland for your home comforts as a Brit or if your willing to try more traditional foods and not pay the expense prices a local Aldi Store and a hypermarket in the main shopping centre which all can be walked to. You will not be disappointed. It is a home from home.
