I replaced batteries here on several watches today at 7 / battery. Less than two hours later I returned because one of the batteries was not working and the shop refused to replace the dud battery they had just put in the watch.

I've never seen a locksmith with so many bad reviews, I wanted to use them but will avoid them for sure. Especially after their reply to the person who was charged 9 Euros for a 1 Euros key. Their reply said: "We guarantee the operation of each of our keys. Our prices take into account these advantages" OF COURSE IT SHOULD, all locksmiths have the same policy. Ridiculous! I'm giving a 1star eventhough i have never used them, because this type of reply shows how unprofessional they are.
I live and work since 31 years in the Algarve, but I never had such a bad experience, like in this shop. First of all, the man attending was extremely unfriendly, if not rude. I ordered 2 copies of a simple Post box key and did not ask for the price, as usually it is only a few Euros. The bill for the 2 key copies was 9.20!!!!!!!!! But that's not all; both copies did not work!!!!! To avoid travelling back 40km, I had them done AGAIN in my local shop, and guess what, the price for each copy was 1.35. THIS SHOP IS A FRAUD, BE WARNED!
The most expensive key I have ever made in my life! A key that usually costs below 2 everywhere costed me 5,75... A clear touristic overpriced service. First and last visit ever
Not successful to repair or make s duplicate of our broken key. Another store in the center of Albufeira could help us out
