Exceptional and fast service. The line was long but they go through orders fast. After I ordered and just sat down, our food was also already ready. Talk about fast food. I forgot one order and had to go back, the manager was nice enough to take my additional order without having to line up again. The food was good too.

The store was clean and the staff are very accommodating and they serve fast, but the food is not that satisfying some part of it is still cold and the cup were still have oil residues. But cheers! Enjoy eating!

Of all the Chowking branches I have been to, this branch has the poorest service. I fell in the line of the Senior Citizens. I was among the first in our group to pay for the Halo-halo that I ordered. Unfortunately, I was served last, when the whole group was almost finished eating their meal. The problem is not only the inefficiency of one, but from the cashier down to the server. I ordered a small one, I was given the big one. I think the cashier was not paying attention. The one who delivered did not check on my companion's order which was small dine in Halo-halo, She was given a big one. The ice in the Halo-halo is not finely done. It was terrible, since I had to go with the group, I ended up not finishing my Halo-halo. This is not to downgrade Chowking. My purpose is to help them improve their service. Typical slow Chow King branch with long lines of customers. The only problem, your HAPPY PLUS CARD won't work here. They will always say, the internet link is not working. So you have to use cash in this branch. I hope they fixed the problem. Just 3 stars from me!
