They treat there members really bad like staff sleeping on the job and don’t pay much mind to the members in the group homes don’t every work there don’t every live in there group homes They will say they are a good company but they are not a good company they lie a lot about there company and most of the reviews are people that work in there company . Find a better company then this one this company horrible! They will say they are good company but they are not go work or live in one of there group homes you will find out they are not a good company at all ! They don’t really clean in there group home either and that is not good! Find a better company then this company They treat members very unfair very ghetto company They neglect there members in the group home!

Most unprofessional company l worked for in 21 years. I worked in a hostile environment, watched member abuse, reported it to management. Never once met the owner. I'll just pray the members get placed properly.

Don’t every work here don’t every live in there group homes it is not a good company at all it is unprofessional company they do everything wrong they don’t communicate with the staff or anything like that not very good company at all . They do a lot of Favoritism with staff and members in the group homes and I say that. Really unfair being favoritisms. Don’t work there every

I am currently a executive assistant with the company and I can be as honest as can be I am really thankful and happy being a part of the team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking not only to grow but also to grow in self confidence in yourself to become successful in life.

I really enjoy working for this company. I came into this field with very little experience but the owners and managers were will to work with me and train me to be fully capable of taking care of the clients. They have certified classes and ensure every staff is capable each staff is trained in every aspect of the job. Guild Care has been a great company to work for.
