Oh we don't have any pepperoni pretzels, it will be 8-10 minutes. Thats ok we say, not knowing the preceding events. 25 minutes later, no apologies and I think the faces of the employees showed their not too happy to be working there. Anyway when all was said and done, the pretzel was pretty decent.
