I've been to BTU twice now & Gareth in the supply shop is super helpful - Any future pool relating purchases I make with be with these guys, the service you receive is above and beyond. Would rather support my local shop then amazon! If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Thanks again :)

Honestly cant fault btu guildford. The staff are amazing, friendly, and to be honest a laugh, make shopping and spending loads on pool stuff a better experience. Esp in covid-19 outbreak they have been open, i wont shop anywhere else for my pool chemicals or if i have problems with the pump they have helped if not in store they have called someone for advice! Please never get rid of the staff there as a lot better from a yr ago!

Never open when you need them \u200d️ Must be the busiest time of year for opening pools but not open in their new tiny shop despite signage in their old one suggesting they would be \u200d️Oh well nice day for a drive round Guildford from now on will only order from the net!
Brilliant shop super friendly staff! Always recommended to all my friends for there pool needs from paddling pools to large pools they help with everything and have a fantastic stock of inflatables for adults and kids for fun in the water!
