Jess’ cat visiting service has been fantastic. Jess was flexible and accommodating to our needs, took the time to get to know what the cat needed, and sent regular updates while we were away which was very reassuring. And perhaps the best review is that the cat seemed genuinely disappointed that it was just us walking through the door when we came back!

Such an amazing service. Jess took our Newfoundland puppy of 12 weeks at really short notice for us. There was nobody else we would have entrusted him with. Looked after fantastically. Happy, relaxed and thriving, so very happy with the great care. Jess was also very flexible with regards to changing requirements from us in terms of the dog sitting needed, so definitely went well beyond the 'norm' to offer the best possible care for our pup. Very highly recommended, and would definitely use her again.
Jess looked after our cat Diego for the first time this week whilst we were away and we would totally recommend her services! As well as feeding Diego, Jess spent time each day playing with him and sending picture updates. She also succeeded in making sure he was in at night, which we often find a challenge! Will definitely use her again
This was the first time we have used Jess to look after our three cats and it was really helpful to meet her in advance to introduce her to 'the ladies' and make sure they were totally comfortable with her. Our 19 year old geriatric cat requires medication twice a day - but happily this was not an issue for Jess and on our return we were delighted to find all three cats well and totally relaxed and clearly they had not missed us at all ! As we were away for over a week, it was good to know that not only were the cats being well looked after - but also the house was being monitored on a regular basis. We are 100% happy with the excellent and professional service provided by Jess and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable person to take responsibility for looking after their pets whilst the owner is away.
I honestly couldn’t not have asked for more. Jess has such a lovely, calm and kind quality about herself and is a genuine animal lover. A tailor made plan was made on Jess’ initial visit to meet the girls so she could understand their home and personal quirks. This was all done at very last minute due to some planning mishaps on my end, Jess somehow made it happen and enabled me to go and visit my father feeling 100% reassured that my high maintenance girls and my own high maintenance expectations were met. I was updated daily with photos and messages and I could clearly see the girls were having a wonderful time, it looked like Jess was having fun also. Upon return my girls almost seemed disappointed to see me and in the morning sat by the front door looking for Jess. Having two indoor cats, who need feeding, supervised garden access, exercise, litter cleaning, teeth cleaning, cuddles and more it’s quite hard to travel. I can not thank Jess enough, I highly recommend Jess to anyone who cherishes their animals as I do and I can assure you that they will be very well looked after.
I was worried about leaving our rescue cat alone for the first time, but Jess was brilliant - she came punctually twice a day to feed him and each time she spent time giving him attention and cuddles, and let us know how he was doing. I will feel much happier going away next time, knowing Jess is there to look after our cat.
Jess is a wonderful person when I first met her i had a lovely feeling and I knew she was the right person to look after my dogs,my dogs took to jess so well,jess look after them while I was away,she regularly sent me photos and let me know they were alright,I highly recommend jess I will definitely use her service again.
Jess is amazing with our pets. Jess regularly looks after our puppy and our two cats. She is professional, polite, reliable and flexible with our changing schedules. The pets love Jess and they are always chilled and content whenever she has visited. Can’t recommend Jess enough. A safe and trustworthy pair of hands!
