My elderly mother was a patient at the hospital for two separate visits totalling almost 7 weeks in late 2020. The staff and Drs were all very supportive and only to happy to help. The hospital itself is a smaller private facility, which has a series of individual and shared rooms on offer. The overall cleanliness of the facility was first rate, the staff very obliging and compassionate. The rehabilitation staff in particular, were wonderful to my mother and got her back on her feet so to speak. The rehabilitation program though constant is realistic and the result were amazing. I found the staff patient ratio to be good. Management was very supportive and approachable. Manager of Allied Health Services "Twisha" is very competent and available to answer all inquiries. During an extended stay there will be hiccups always but the hospital were always happy to work out an option suitable for all. They also offer day rehab programs which I highly recommend. Overall we could not fault this facility given the outcomes they achieved.

My husband came home from hospital yesterday after spending 7 weeks here. I have nothing but high praise for the Dr who treated him, ALL the nursing staff including those from the Uni, Physiotherapists and catering /cleaning team. We found them to be lovely caring & compassionate and we were kept up to date with his progress. Meals were of a very high standard and the facilities were very clean. I found Covid conditions & requirements were followed despite less staff on weekends. Without the magnificent effort of everyone here, my husband would not have been able to improve as much as he did, enabling him to return home instead of looking for an aged care placement at 66yrs of age. My heartfelt and sincere thanks go out to absolutely everyone there. I doubt he could have been placed anywhere better.
My mother did her pain management program here. The staff were all so lovely and they really did treat her like family which was such a relief for me. Can't thank the team enough!
I came home yesterday after being in this wonderful hospital for the last 7 weeks. After being transferred by westmead public hospital, my time at Holroyd Private was a fantastic experience with such wonderful nursing staff led by Cara, then her staff Neete, Beverley, Barbara, Loleta, Bibac, Sharon, and all the junior TAFE students that looked after me a huge thank you. Now all the physio team with a special mention to Alison, Mandeep, Sigh a great big thank you for getting me to walk again and up and down stairs without falling over. To the chef Sebastian and his staff thank you very much for the wonderful food you cooked and delivered every day. Then tbere was the 2 ladies that clean tbe hospital you do a fantastic job keeping tbe hospital spotless. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THAT MADE MY RECOVERY TO GET ME HOME AGAIN. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Do not go here!! Staff are all students on first placement, very inexperienced and not supervised by any trained staff. Complained to management, nothing was done. On weekends visitors can just walk in without being COVID scanned at any time. Food is not good!
The staff were lovely but the whole hospital was totally disorganised. They lost my chart 3 times. The food was disgusting. Never going there again.
This place has the feel of a run down retirement village, not of a hospital, particularly one which is supposed to have rehabilitative services. Staff in particular Dr's come to work sick and infect patients. Far too many 457 visa staff members.
Had day surgery. Admission was good, nurse asked a lot of questions but these were all relevant. All personnel were pleasant & helpful. Post surgery they fed me well. I don't want more surgery but if I did, Holroyd would be fine.
