In the past my sons have attended Lion's Academy holiday camps and really enjoyed them. As keen rugby players they enjoy the quality of the coaching which is top notch and it definitely helped them hone their skills for the season ahead. During lockdown the boys have been doing the online program and it has been a life saver. They love the live Wednesday night sessions and the competitive element has them working hard to try and top the leaderboard each week. The video messages from the pros also captures their imagination. The training videos are easy for them to copy and , along with the log book, it means that they can get on with it themselves whilst I work. 100% recommend!
