Incompetent estate agent. PLEASE AVOID THEM. When you finish your tenancy agreement they will want to deduct money for PETTY THINGS. If there is dust inside the radiator they will charge you. We cleaned the house thoroughly and then brought in a professional cleaning company to satify the estate agent and THEY STILL DEDUCT 300 for cleaning from your deposit.
