I've been in and out of this store for the last 6 or 7 years buying stereos, headphones, cables and the like. Always very friendly service and a good range of products at reasonable prices. Just today I rang them up for some advice (Thanks Roland!) and yet again, got some help and recommendations to solve my streaming search. Long may they continue. Thanks

Richer Sounds is an amazing company, I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. They offer very competitive prices, very professional advice, extended guarantees, a great selection of quality products, what more to ask? I normally visit the Guildford or Weybridge branch but with Covid restriction I used Telesales recently (Felix) and had some amazing advice. Felix helped me choose teh right product which was delivered less than 24h after my order.
A bit disappointing. Went to buy some basic speaker cable but their range in stock was quite limited. Will order it on line instead. Otherwise friendly, capable staff and a nice shop.
