I have a very complex prescription and hate wearing them because they are so strong (-11). I was originally purchasing my glasses from Specsavers which was extremely stressful and resulted in me leaving in tears. I went to the glasses shop, showed the lovely welcoming James my prescription and within 10 minutes we had found 2 frames and I was told the thickness of the lens. I left very happy and 3 days later I had the best glasses brilliantly done so thank you!
Richard was fantastic! I Always find choosing frames very stressful as I can never make my mind up - he let me try every pair I wanted to try without making me feel guilty and really listened to what I was looking for. Amazing, a much easier experience than larger high street opticians
Picked out two fantastic frames on Sunday, had a very informative eye test on Thursday and the glasses were ready by Friday! Incredible quick service from personable and knowledgeable staff. Glasses/lenses at a very reasonable price. Highly satisfied- thank you very much!
