The optometrist was very helpful and professional. She provided a lot of explanation for me about the health of my eye. Since she spent enough time and provided enough explanation, I could trust her diagnosis and leave Vision Express knowing that there are no major issues with my eye. Overall, very good experience. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the optometrist who visited me.

Easy to book an appointment. Seamless once in the shop. Speedy eye test (covid style). Optician was really helpful and explained everything. The shop assistant was great helping me choose my frames (getting the right shape for my face etc). They arrived in the post within 10 days, as they'd promised.
This is the first time I give only 1 star. Awful! Just awful service! I will never buy from this shop again! 1. Firstly, I was attracted by and advert in front of the shop, offering a free eye testing. I booked an appointment. I was said that I would receive an reminder SMS one day before the appointment. Guess what... I did not receive any SMS. 2. After the eye test, I decided to buy glasses. When presented with the receipt it turned out that the eye test costed my 25. 3. Moreover, when I asked for contact lenses, I was told that I need to book another eye test especially for contact lenses that would cost me another 30. 4. They told me that the glasses will be ready in up to 10 days... So slow!!! And they were ready at the end of this period. Like, why could not deliver them earlier?? 5. I ordered sunglasses as well together with the normal glasses. Guess what... They made a mistake and delivered a second pair of normal glasses instead of sunglasses... Terrible. 6. When I asked them to correct their own mistake, they told me I had to wait another 10 days!!! Like, sorry but you made a huge mistake!!! Please, hurry up to correct it!!! 7. Today, I tried to contact the shop on the phone number provided by them.I've been ringing 6 times now...Guess what... No answer!! Terrible. Fraudulent!! Awful customer service!! Avoid!
Both my wife and I shopped here over the past 15 years. My last transaction was in 2019. To me, they have lost their \vision\. Non-personal service. No tech investment on 4d/5d eye-frame-lens alignment (staff still use a marker pen, close one of their eyes and mark your iris on the glass). No lens options and misleading information on existing lenses they use; I was told they used Hoya brand lenses but it's a misleading information; There was no Hoya marker on the lenses. Later on I was explained they use Hoya lenses made for them. It felt like I was cheated - I paid for a service believing I was getting a good quality, branded lens. After sales service was not helpful, when I asked (twice) for evidence that lens was made by Hoya for them, there was no answer... Overall, it's not a good value, neither for service nor for the products they offer. Indeed, my last transaction in 2019 was my last one with them.
Adorable, the lady was really nice and very fast service ! Definitely recommend it !
