You need to step-up your game. J&T and Ninjavan can reach our exact address here in Guinobatan, and you guys? Much more expensive, incompetent and couldn't keep the commitment of 2 to 3 days for delivery timeframe. If I could just give negative stars, I will do so. I just didn't have a choice for the courier because the seller selected you (because you guys are near their store). Hassle, I have to pickup the package in your branch. I hope your CEO can read these compalints so he/she can be aware how incompetent your service here in Guinobatan Albay.
