We had 2 very heavy and ultra sensitive printers to move, they required keeping almost perfectly level throughout transportation and placing at a new location. We had an engineer decommission before transportation and recommission at the other end. He expected to spend at least 4 hours recalibrating the machine. We also expected to have to change certain parts of the printer that almost always perish in transportation. Richard and his team did an unbelievable job because once the printers were sited no parts needed changing which saved my company close to 200, also the engineers couldn't believe that during all the process the machine was only 0.01mm out which is well within tolerance and needed only 30 minutes to recommission which again saved me the majority of a hefty engineer bill. I couldn't recommend this company enough, they were extremely professional and efficient. But most of all they were extremely helpful and friendly and made what would normally be a stressful situation so easy.
