This place is the best place to go for help with your guitar. The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We actually had fun when he re-stringed my daughter's guitar. And the price was so cheap I felt guilty. We are customers for life.

Like others have previously stated, Joel really knows how to setup a guitar. He did my acoustic guitar setup while I waited, we talked a bit and he helped me find my next dream guitar, too. My guitar was returned to me in better than ever condition, much more player friendly. Best 50 I have ever spent on my guitar obsession. I plan to take my others up there once the strings wear out.

I have been going to Guitars United for about a year now, getting work done ranging from professional set-ups, electrical work, miscellaneous parts, and general inquiries. Of all I just listed, Joel and the staff at Guitars United have always given 100% satisfaction with everything I needed. The prices are always fair and it is always a pleasure to come in to have work done on my guitars. Today, I called about an hour before they closed to see if they would change a pickup for me really quick, Joel said sure and to bring the guitar in. Not only did they switch the pickup out for me, Joel did a quick yet perfect job while keeping up a nice conversation the entire time. Needless to say it was worthy of recognition. I have recommended many friends to the people at Guitars United, and I would recommend anyone/ everyone else to go for any guitar work needed as well.
