Spectacular service and friendly employees on the phone and in store. I showed up a bit later than planned and due to weather they were closed. The guy inside asked what I needed and checked out my guitar quickly. Absolutely didnt need to and I would have come back tomorrow, but was immensely appreciated. I'll be back very soon to buy an instrument and get more advice and work from them. I'd give 6/5 if I could from the experiences I've had thus far.

This place is AWESOME. First the owners let me in early so I didn’t have to wait, their products are top notch and the service was second to none. They talked me out of changing all my strings and replaced the one that was broke, they fixed my pickup switch and talked me out of a Marshall and into this awesome Vox that was cheaper. Great store and even better people running it. Thanks again.

Had an old Hondo repaired a few years back! This wasn’t a special guitar till Guitarstar repaired it! Happy to report years later this guitar is still amazing!

great place, employees are very helpful and educated about every product in there store, they have a great selection of gibson's and epiphones and if you are a gibson fan like me this is the place for you. the only flaw is that if you test a guitar you can't use a pick or test guitar's over the 2,000 range but that was not a very big deal, It is still THE BEST GUITAR STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
