I have joined DAMS Library so I will comment only about it. The timing is 9-9(I guess it'll be flexible as exams near). There are 3 rooms ,one in ground floor, second floor and third floor each. As of 2020 the charges are 1800 rupees per month. Due to covid restrictions we are sitting leaving one seat in between so it's comfortable but might feel congested if all the seats next to us are occupied. The bathroom is average and not that clean. There is no dustbin in girl's washroom.The library is quiet but as it is on road there are frequent vehicle noises. Overall it's a good enough option if one is unable to find a place to read in gulbarga. The management is quiet responsive and helpful.

There is continuously intermittent shortage of water n getting lot of irritation from the old guy who is the one who resides beside the library bargain for money n tea at the time of closure n scolds like a hell that to too rude vulgar launguage if some one who wan to join please notice for this n water in washroom intermittently shortage n disturbance from the down department ,from my personal I m rating this not ok but except that facility u can study calmly.
