More than 50% of the staff isn't knowledgeable about processes that aren't routine banking. You need to push them to get the work done. They are mostly slow and inefficient. And all this lack of ability literally shows on their faces! I think it's to do with the fact that's it's a tier 2-3 city and this is what you get at best. Even when it's a large private bank.
