HORRIBLE service department. Vehicle started FLASHING random errors in message center and dashboard. 2019 TLX with only 18k in miles. Covered by warranty and Javier in service said there is nothing he could do! Finally had to call and speak to someone who understood the car was under warranty and for them to get it towed in. We live 1hr away from dealership. Car would not accelerate over 35mph. There was no way for us to drive it to dealership. Car was picked up on 04-07-21. Have not received an answer on when vehicle will be ready for 5 days now. We requested a loaner vehicle, and NO ONE has called or supplied us with one. DO NOT PURCHASE or LEASE FROM THIS DEALER. This is our third vehicle from this dealer in the past 9yrs, but this will be our LAST. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. No follow up, no updates on vehicle, NO URGENCY in getting it fixed and returned to owners. As I write this we still have not heard back on when the vehicle will be ready. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT and DEALERSHIP! Just go down the highway a little more and get an AUDI or something else...much better customer care & service!

This dealership once had the best service department in San Antonio. Those days are long gone. The service was timely, the technician was polite. But the service was incomplete. One of the deciding factors to buy from this dealership was their service department. I’m thinking I’ll look elsewhere when it comes time to replace my Acura. Modified to an overall 4. I received a call from the service manager who quickly stepped up to fix the problem without any extra effort on my part. That’s the service I recalled.
