I have done business with Thomas at Drakes - very nice cars and reasonable prices. Great deals on Vans. Thomas believes in caring for customers. Always willing to help.

Bought a car from here on Friday.3-2-17. Mileage is wrong.faults on previous mots that haven't been fixed and yet on the same day in January this year it failed a test at one mot station station and later passed at another.vehicle is a death trap.and my son has been using it this weekend with his 12 week old son in it.trading standards must be contacted.

Avoid at all costs.Full of bulls..t.Given new mot with no advisories but know tyres were low and wipers were very poor.Told done visual check on cambelt and looked new, since found out never been done.

Not happy at all. Bought a car which broke down on the first night and had to be recovered. Went back to Drakes a number of times but always got fobbed off with excuses and I ended up paying 700 to rectify it! In the end I lost faith in the car and sold it.

Bought a cheap car, sold it without the green slip ( found out it's illegal) had to wait for logbook to tax it ( took 10 days) a week after driving it broke down, I had to pay to get it recovered and then he charged me to fix it, told me I had no consumer rights which I have ( consumer rights act 1st oct 2015) state I have one statutory repair, Tom told me because it was a cheap car I had no rights, ( recorded the conversation) have passed on to trading standards what a cowboy stay clear!
