My boyfriend called to ask about scheduling an appointment to get his fingerprints done. Whoever he spoke to on the phone said he did not need an appointment and to “come by anytime”. My boyfriend showed up and they told him he needed an appointment. When my boyfriend told the Gunnies employee what he was told over the phone, the employee dismissed my boyfriends confusion by saying “no one that works here would say that”. What poor customer service. My boyfriend even showed them the time and day he called so a manager could find the employee and make sure he knows fingerprinting requires appointments from now on. My boyfriend was dismissed again. Very poor service.

I love the highly knowledgeable and helpful staff, they were very friendly and eager to serve and to fulfill our needs when it comes to personal and home security. They have a fantastic selection of 'Robber Stoppers', in all shapes and sizes. You would definitely do good by stopping in to see these folks! I also got an opportunity to break in my new piece in the gun range and I love to the professionalism that encompassed their entire business.

I got my carry permit there and 2 weapons lots of ammo there several years back...but now I am not sure if it is a management issue or what? They have rifles but no ammo for them ( in fact didn't even try hard to sell me a 1500 rifle). Then they had no 9MM or .380 ammo in stock( a gun shop?). And told me if I ordered ammo online it would take me until October to get it, well guess what..all my back-up ammo will arrive from online in less than two weeks. Like I said, I am not sure if management is the issue or the salesman they employee. But, they lost an approximate 1900.00 sell by not being stocked ( even though I knew that store is over priced, I still tried to be loyal to them). My weapons business is going elsewhere..
