First of all, Guntersville, Alabama is a very small town so everybody knows everyone. The Woodall Agency may have a good reputation locally, but don't let them do a VA property assessment for you. Apparently they don't even know what the VA minimum property requirements are for a VA secured loan and you'll pay 450.00 for nothing.....
