Proper billing was not done and leads to fraud billings..No response from the showroom if any query asked after delivery...before purchase they chased like anything.. after purchase they are looking for silly reasons.. Complete accessories not received even after completing 1 month of purchase.. Complete bill not given yet... Helmet given after 20 days of purchase.. Not recommended for purchase from Alavala motors.. Seems better to go to consumer rights

Worst after sales service.They charge 2% extra on swiping.Worst ever.Previous populare automotives dealer is 200% better than them Bank charges should be born by the dealer for the customer.you are also charging 2% commission on paytm also.Not only about the commission, your boys are not good in service

It's great place to purchase your vespa any variant but 3 stars is just because of the service people who are bit arrogant towards their customer's. If you want to repair your bike they will keep your whole day with them. More waiting time, everyone is busy their \u200d️\u200d️
