It was an utter dissapointment. I had gone for hair cut for my two kids (8y & 6y) on 03/April/2021. I used their services previously and were satisfied. But this time the experience is pretty horrible. Unprofessional hair cut, even I could have managed with my regular beard trimmer. I hope that management will look into it and none will experience it in the future. I have decided not visit it again.

I am not satisfied with the service, I just went for zero trim and I waited for 5min after that the trimming was done, but they did not do proper zero trimming, after seeing this service I paid the amount and came off. I don't know how would be all other services. Ambience is nice

First thing first, the owners are AWESOME. I liked their Friendly Nature, Professionalism and Customer Service. Best in town Ambience (even better than Metro cities), Clean, Sanitized, Premium and there is Privacy. Stylists are good, calm and listen to your requests (Ofcourse I have problem with Hindi and the owners were good enough to help me out). Their choice of Cafe Menu and taste is Five-star (Salads and Sandwiches are as good as I had in USA)

A friendly, cool salon with good vibes. They gave me an excellent haircut. They listened to what I wanted, advised me on what would suit my face and cut so accordingly. Highly recommended. Thank you mysaa for good customer relationship! Note: place is very hygienic and they sanitize every equipment after use.

I'm going to specifically talk about the service I requested for, which is a simple haircut without and complicated styling. I have shown some pictures for reference and I was told that it would not suit me. I dislike it when my opinion is not respected and unfortunately this is the case with many salons around the region. My haircut required some reduction in my hair length which was all that was done. No sort of styling was done. The fringes are horrific. Completely different from what I have shown. Communication was a little difficult there wasn't enough discussion regarding the hairstyle and the reference pictures which is very important for a customer and the hairdresser.
