This is the worst courrier service I have ever seen, I'm sharing my experience I have ordered a product from duroflex they sent through safexpress it was reached to my nearest hub(guntur) on 14/08/2020, still not delivered yet today (24/08/2020) if we call them also they won't respond or else they say this shipment will be delivered by another hub(in my case they saying from Vijayawada). It's been 10days that product with them. If you are not able to deliver to my location then you are not suppose to accept that order or else you should have returned back immediately. What's the use of keeping product with you. Very bad service. Instead of delivering the product they saying come and collect your product. Is it fair? Worst service.
Worst courier service,bunch of liars and unproffessional attitude...they keep my package for 6 days straight...never use this courier service...even i was shocked to see their handling of expensive product,luckily only the thermocol broke but product was safe...
