Coming to the quality and taste, it was really awesome but the service is too slow and on the scale 0 to 10 I like to give 3.

It was good in ambience, but the place to sit and enjoying was less, taste was too sweet and not sure of basic waffle taste. Pan cake with Abs called as waffale. Unless untile you are a chocolate lover don't try it. Go with ice cream included waffle else can eat that.

Visited this store in Guntur today for first time. I can say the tastes/flavors are good. The sweet content is moderate and the red velvet flavor and bgian choc were good. I am going to try more flavors.

The godforsaken attitude these people have towards thier customers is very bad. They think very high of themselves. They have the worst time management. They keep the customers waiting for 40 minutes. And when ordered on swiggy they everytime miss sending the full order. Though it tastes good we will still think twice before ordering from unmannerly people.

Worst experience. Arrogant staff, never listens to customers.. just keeps on saying 15 more mins. No proper work/time management. I'm sure within couple of weeks everyone will get to know about their worst service. Belgian waffles co should rethink to whom they are selling their franchise. These people are taking down their business as well as brand name. Better to avoid it.
