This bank done fraud with students who want to open Block account of 8640 for study in Germany. The bank employee get cheque of 25000 from student and email him Insurance policy which is neither valid in Germany for duration of study nor requirements of Embassy. Requirement of Embassy is just travel insurance of rupees 2000 for 3 months.
