If I could give zero stars I would at this point. I took my new to me car in (I owned it for less than a week!) for a recall. While in for this service they scratched my door. I was promised a call to get the issue resolved as the manager was out sick. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and multiple calls later. I still have not received a call back or any resolution. My next call is the BBB.

We have bought a few cars from Kim over the past few years and couldn’t say one thing bad about her. She’s so down to earth and really worked with us. The service department lately the past couple months /years has been hit or miss.However, just this last service I had done we had another issue with the repair. Although, I do appreciate the service department for making it right this time. Not sure how many more “we are sorry for the inconveniences” and “there are new people working so please understand” I can handle Long story short We love our Kia’s and will always be a Kia family.

Horrible, horrible service department. We took our Kia Optima hybrid in because of a panel notification regarding the engine. This place did not want to understand that we had a warranty that included the engine. They wanted to have it go through a diagnostic check. They informed us that the warranty would not include the diagnostic check but we agreed because we figured they knew what they were doing even though they knew specifically about this notification, they totally ignored it. They came back after the diagnostic test and told us that there were no issues. We asked them to run it again to be sure. Again they came back with nothing. We left the dealership having paid almost 200 to be told nothing and the notification continued to come on. We took it to Tyler Kia and within minutes they knew exactly what was wrong. It took them about an hour and they have totally fixed this notification. Why would anyone want to take their car into Gurly Leep is beyond me. They do not care, they do not communicate, and they certainly do not fix. If I could have given a zero star, I would've rather done that.

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with!!! Headers is better than this place!! Some of the most unprofessional disrespectful group of idiots EVER!!! Would love to hear from someone higher than the GM Brad or his sidekick James! Apparently this company has no care for the way customers are treated!!
