Went here for a date. It was very clean and organized. They where taking soical distancing very seriously. All the employees where super friendly and kind. They had an excellent selection of stuffed freinds to make.

The store itself and the workers are awesome.Online customer service not so much.I had multiple problems with 2 online orders.1 was able to be fixed instore again AWESOME people. The other took more than 2 weeks lots of time n no compensation. For a 40stuffed animal and the experience lacking because of covid very disappointed. Gave 5 stars because the store was awesome and they can't control online. Fyi I am still waiting my online order which I had to reorder and it will be a month on the 9th since the original order was placed.
