Horrible customer service. Few days ago, I went with a group of people and we go in and we don’t get greeted and realize there’s a girl worker seating in the floor. We didn’t stay and left. Went in again the other day and same girl didn’t greet us and was just standing around, so this other worker, helped us out instead and was super helpful. He said he was very knowledgeable with the back since he’s always back there and helped us with the shoes we were looking for. Considering not going in anymore because of this lazy employee. I mean, who sits on the job and ignores their customers? That’s someone that needs to get fired and be replaced with someone that actually does their job. Until some changes are done, we are no longer wasting our money there.

All in all my experiences at the store have been okay, no major complaints. However, I was shopping in store today 1/9/2020 around 8:20 p.m. when the employee informed me that she had left her card in a different store and had to get there before the mall closed. She said she needed her card for the next day because she would not be working and she just really needed her card. I left the store and she promptly locked up at least a full 35-40 minutes before the store was set to close. Now, I can understand emergencies and I can understand having to leave before closing time with no other option; however, from a customer service standpoint I think that she could have come up with a better solution. She could have offered me a few minutes before she left, offered to set aside the shoes I was trying on for the next day or she could have offered to have me come back when she returned but she did none of that and simply closed shop. Absolutely terrible customer service in my experience.
Called the store told me I couldn't do a exchange without the receipt but their company policy says as I quote "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, visit one of our store locations and our associates will gladly help you find the style or size that's right for you." I even called their corporate and another store that they do exchanges without the receipt to confirm
Not too good on communicating with you. I paid for two pairs of shoes, one which was going to get shipped to the store so I can pick up in about 5 days and was told i would get a call. About 8 days went by and nothing. So I called and they had no idea where my order was and that I had to call customer service. Two and a half weeks later and my shoes have been sitting there since the 19th and I ordered them on the 17th. You guys might want to work on your communication and customer service skills.
They didnt let me exchange shoes that I used one day because they were "damaged" I didnt get the receipt when I bought them so I wanted to exchange them because I wasn't a fan of those heels the dude was rude and they dont care for the customers satisfactory. The shoes were in perfect condition. Don't shop here they make it really hard to return shoes even WITH RECEIPTS.

Awesome store! Very good vrarity of shoes and discounts all the time! Their service is awesome! Very attentive when it came to them helping you look good when picking your shoes for your outfits!
