This is my first stop every time I’m in the Chicago area! Dr. Crawford is gentle and thorough. She is, by far, the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to.

Highly recommended! Been going here for a while now, and the staff is always friendly and VERY professional. Never had an issue, never waited more then a few minutes to see the Dr, and plenty of parking for all including handicap accessible parking. Good job to everyone at Delany chiropractor!

The office staff here are TERRIBLE!!!! Beware, if you are a referral patient they will attempt to get additional billing information, personal billing information, and place of business ( I was a VA patient and none of this was relevant however, I received a lot of push back and negative attitude when I made comments about this information being irrelevant). They will not read referrals, refuse to admit they even have referrals on file (after verification of receipt was given to both sender and patient) and will say that you the patient are responsible for services that are covered in referral. When I asked the office staff and office manager to get the referral that they had so that I could point out where the correct wording was they refused, then lied saying that information wasn't in the referral. The doctor that I saw was very caring and wonderful to work with. Unfortunately when I tried to address these issues and request services that were already covered I was told that I was no longer welcome.

Dr. Crawford is simply amazing. A year ago I was diagnosed with BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). I was out of work for a month and had 6 weeks of physical therapy. A few weeks ago I had another attack. In desperate need of immediate relief I contacted Dr. Crawford, who was fully booked but managed to squeeze me in between visits. She adjusted me and performed a head maneuver on me, after just two visits I was able to return back to work. I am a single mother of three, so being able to return to my normal activities as soon as possible is a great necessity. I am so grateful that Dr. Crawford cares enough about her patients to go that extra mile
