I was never given my all items purchased nor received a call from anyone in this store. African American guy was not interested in helping ring anyone out as he was too busy talking about his boyfriend in the back. Second my items still had the security tag on and i had to go back in for them to be removed. I bought several items and when I came home I realized that 2 items were missing. I called and the rep said there was no items left over. Offered to call a manager but yet to receive any calls.
Pretty decent selection of clothing to match anyone's style. I bought 2 pairs of jeans, one skinny and one slim for not so reasonable price. Their promotional discounts don't inform customers that they will pay for the most expensive pair not the cheaper one. At the end, you would have got the same deal if you were buying without any discounts. Very misleading promotional tactics.
Everything is nicely organized. Not a fan of Gurnee Mills but the express has good customer service and good quality.
