Veronica and Tanner were so nice with me and they helped me pick out just the right walking shoes for exercising! I highly recommend people checking out this shoe store, because they have a lovely selection of women's, kid's and men's shoes. And awesome apparel too. This had to be the best shoe buying experience ever, and at a Finishline, that is very rare. The workers were sooooo nice, and VERY helpful. Justin was awesome, and I forgot the cashiers name, but she was awesome as well. Will definitely return :)

I bought a pair of shoes and then received an email that my order was cancelled. When I went to get my money back they told me I could only get my money refunded with the pair of shoes. How am I going to give them a pair of shoes that I never received because THEY cancelled my order? After speaking with both managers I was just told to call customer service. Super unprofessional. Never shopping there again !!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped to find the shoe i needed he gave me suggestions and was given my size shoes instantly. He helped me find my shoes with a smile on his face and made me laugh. I recommend this shoe store for everyone in to sneakers. THANK YOU FINISH LINE

Everyone was very nice and helpful except this chubby latina cashier with glasses that tried to accuse my girlfriend and I of stealing saying she didn’t come in with some track pants when I’m spending more than 250 on clothes acting like we really going to spend all that and steal some pants. Would’ve been an excellent experience if she wouldn’t have been trying to assume stuff that wasn’t true.
