I am from Sun Prairie WI and was traveling to see a friend and Reuben was so nice and helpful! He drove 45 minutes to pick up tires for my car when they didn’t have them in stock and really helped me out. I had my husky with me and all of the staff were very nice! Highly recommend this place :)

I took my car here because the dealership told me I needed a front alignment (the car, not me). I brought my car here because they were 30 cheaper than the “special” price the dealer had. It turns out the alignment was fine. They were honest about it and didn’t charge me anything. I have taken all of my cars here and had nothing but great service and quality work.
Ruben was extremely helpful during my car crisis! I would highly recommend seeing him. He was honest and showed true concern for my car situation. This was my first time using Firestone and I had a great experience. Thank you guys, you’re doing great!!!
