The holiday sales at this location were impressive and they will discount products further if there are defects. For example, I was able to pick up a men's jacket (normally priced at 80) for 21 because of holiday sales and one of the pockets were ripped. This store puts customer satisfaction first.

The fully took out the plus-sized section and that disappointing. When I go to gurnee mills, I see so many different body types and yet the store decides to cut a good chunk of customers. Not to say f21 had the best clothes, but they we often times cheaper and not everywhere has cute plus-sized clothes for cheap. Guess thats why shein is popping off and f21 is dying

Store is fairly well maintained and very well merchandise. If you are looking for an employee with any questions though good luck. Check lines are so long but worth the wait
