My wife has always been a BMW person. We have had a 745 Li for years. A friend suggested that when we buy a new car we should look at the Genesis. Last weekend we did. After test driving the car and learning about all the features it offered we now own a G90. I love the car, it is so user friendly in all the features. The ride is amazing and it was 30k less then the other cars we were looking at. Great value in the car and what it offers. Genesis of Gurnee were all very professional, courteous, and if we asked a question they didn't know they immediately found someone who did. My wife now is a Genesis fan as am I.

Very disappointed. I had a 9:15am appointment to look at potentially two new cars. I arrived at 9:10am and was greeted. I was told twice that someone would be right with me. By 9:25am no one had met with me. Tough to recommend when appointments are not kept.
