Just called here to order a transmission for one of our customer and the guy from parts (he did not give me his name) told me he was not going to walk across the building get some paperwork I needed to email them to order the transmission. He was very rude from the beginning! I simply hung up and called kenosha Honda..MUCH BETTER SERVICE!
