Completely unorganized. Seems nobody in the building knows how things actually work. Got told test results would be available to my doctor the next day. Next day rolls around and I get no call, no results. I call 2x and get different answers both times. This has happened on multiple occasions. Not going back to any Northshore locations.

Disappointed with scheduling and how the doctor visit was coded. Rescheduled my mom's annual health visit to an earlier date and my mom happened to not feeling well that day. They coded my mom as a sick visit and now is charging that towards the deductible (not met for the year) which otherwise would have been covered by the Medicare wellness check. The doctor did not diagnose what was wrong with my mom but told me that she is old and no need for any medication. Since the appointment was coded wrong at scheduling and for that we have to pay out of pocket!!! Horrible experience!
