I took my daughters here. The kids selection was very small to begin with. I really tried hard to fit my girls with their shoes but sadly, as my wife has them most of the time I didn't know their shoe sizes. I asked a worker for a shoe measuring device and she didn't show back up for a very long time. Granted the line at the register was getting a little long but I still think that you should FINISH helping a person before moving on to helping another. When she finally did come back she didn't seem to know how to use it. She made my daughter take off both of her shoes and even one of her socks. I don't think that thing has ever even been cleaned once. I didn't want her putting her foot on there but she did anyways before I could say anything. The woman reluctantly gave her the size and we were on our way. My youngest picked out a nice pair of Sketchers and we went up to the register (after having to ask another employee where it was) I was so angered when I learned that the price wasn't half off, as advertised, but buy one get one! This company is fraudulent and they should actually advertise what their prices are. I think the employees should also actually get trained rather than just have them working.

I ordered shoes on their website & received an email 2 days later saying my order was successfully cancelled. I NEVER cancelled!! On top of that I reached out to them because I still want the shoes but they're not on as good of a sale anymore, that was 4 days ago, their confirmation email promised I would hear back within 24 hours....

If employees are going to follow customers around the store, at least ask if any assistance is needed. No one is trying to steal Dr. Scholl's shoes. Additionally, there isn't a good selection of shoes.

This place is just terrible! The manager Manny is very unprofessional. While I was in the store he talked horribly about his employees to his other employees and the place was trashed. He has all girl workers which I am curious why. I have not seen one guy employee other than him. I also heard of him not paying his employees for overtime. This place is an unprofessional pig sty
