I had a water leak and Servpro Gurnee came in to clean up the water damage. From start to finish, the team was quick professional thorough and educating. Ralph, David, Jose and Jesus are fantastic representations of the integrity of the Servpro. I would definitely recommend this company for any your needs. Customer service makes or breaks a companies reputation and this team was great! Thank you Servpro!

I would not give them one star. Did not taken enough picture. Insurance co. needed pictures. Threw things out, missing antique, jewelry, heirloom.much more. I spent two days in freezing cold taking picture etc. out of pepper spray bags. It has been two years and work is not done or repaired. I have tried to work things out. Furniture destroyed pepper spray so thick on window can not see though. Carpet coming up. Much morec.f. to answer this owner who i trusted with my health.. How dare u all the time for u to make things right . The church was here. Had to wash a wibdow off so full of pepper spray, anyone i am on facebook my name is drue clarkson syria. Does not know my nmlease facebook me. I wanted to settle now out of court. The date they started work was not july 14 2016. It was sept. And my name is not ms clarkson. It is drue syria. Please facebook me. I have no warrenties oh i can go on and on. Lawyer time. 1 worker I gave 11 only. When work was not competed it look good. But i moved in everything fall apart. I want to settle out of court. Will not answer phone. I ask lets settle. Do not use this company. They have inferior material. They use the worst. Looks great. But give it a few hours and u will notice how they rip you off. All my wood furniture had stitches etc. carpet coming up. No warranties. I can go on. I am on Facebook. Glad to show you. Imagine being back in your house for two weeks and finding that they never cleaned your vents if you had pepper spray throughout your house that was toxic. The company charge my insurance company for the work that they had never done plus they never finished up the work they were supposed to do and there was work that they should’ve asked my insurance company to do so now I’m stuck having to do it myself out of my pocket
Incredibly happy with the service provided by the staff at ServPro. As an election location we wanted to make sure our facility was as clean as possible. Not only did they provide pre and post-election disinfecting, but they also provided us with members of their staff during the day to wipe down frequently touched areas within our voting facility. Thank you to April for being so responsive and for making this scheduling process such an easy one and thank you to Jose and Josh for the cleaning service itself!
John and Jose did an outstanding job. They were on time, fast and extremely professional. They explained the process and fully answered all of our questions. Great Customer Service. Lastly, this affiliate was able to service our home within 24hrs. Highly recommended.
I recently had my basement flood. Servpro of Gurnee came the next day and worked until 9 PM to clean up as much as possible. They were great. Special shout out to John, Gabe, Josh, Shawn, Emerson, and Jared. Thanks again
