The girl, Jackie that works here is beyond the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She forgot to do follow up and schedule surgery. Also told me I never showed up to an appointment, that I had 2 weeks previously, that I was at. I called to figure out what was going on last week and she took the surgery scheduling book home with her and didn't tell anyone in the office about it. She was also off the next day per her coworkers. If she is off why are taking that home?!? Doctors are great and so is most of the staff. She is a bad apple for them

I don’t know why people are giving this place 1 star, I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now and I’ve never worked with such a helpful staff in my life. Sure, you may wait a while, but that’s because other women are getting the individualized attention they need. If waiting is a problem for you, book the first appointment of the day. The receptionists call back when they say they will, they researched and walked me through when I got new insurance several times, and they are always SO NICE. I highly recommend this place.

This place is very unprofessional!!!! I call and call for my test results and they put me on hold for 30min. to an hour and they won't return your calls or talk to the doctor to see what is going on !!!! I will not recommend this doctor to nobody I give them a half of star

This office has gone through a whole revamp! The staff is friendly and efficient. I was checked in and taken back right away. The new M.D.'s that took over, Idries Abdur-Rahman & Jamil Abdur-Rahman, are wonderful. I was a bit nervous seeing a male, but I had a female assistant in the room with me. Idries was courteous and made me comfortable. I would recommend them to any woman.

The staff is nice but there is no follow up! The portal and app are NOT SUBSTITUTES FOR PATIENT CARE. You cant ever get an appointment and if you have a diagnosis you have to know how to work a \portal\ on the web .... really?! There are not enough staff or something I dont know. But this is not working I am going to find a new practice ASAP!
